CFA Guidance Regarding Employer Liability During Covid-19

Question: - Is there a risk of me or my business being sued, if any of my employees who continue to work on site, contract the virus?
As far as is possible in the current crisis, my team has been working normally on site. I am concerned that if an employee contracts the virus, I may be held liable in some way, and could face the possibility of expensive legal action against my Company. With all the current difficulties, it's the last thing I want.
