EU Settlement Scheme Deadline

The deadline for the EU Settlement Scheme is fast approaching, and members should ensure that all their employees from the EU or EEA who were living in the UK before 31 December 2020 have applied by Wednesday 30 June.

There is a pack for employers containing a range of useful resources you can share with employees to help them submit an application, and they will receive settled or pre‐settled status depending on how long they have been in the UK. Any workers who do not apply in time may find themselves unable to continue living and working in the UK.
