Industry Placement Cards

Build UK has reviewed the CSCS consultation on introducing an Industry Placement card for students undertaking formal on‐site work experience of at least 45 days, including those registered on T Level or university degree courses. The consultation recommends that the card should only be available to those aged 16 and over, and students should be required to have passed the CITB Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) test or equivalent offered by a CSCS Partner Scheme. Build UK has prepared a draft response and comments should be submitted via email by Friday 5 March.
