The CFA has been contacted by a number of members seeking a template to send to clients to explain the steps and measures that their business is taking to ensure continuity of work on site during the Coronavirus pandemic and how they are managing their own business to cope with new demands.
The CFA has therefore developed a template for members to use that can be accessed here and is also available from the members area of the website.
This is basic information to reassure clients and can be built upon to reflect different circumstances.
