Talent Retention Scheme Saves Industry £250,000+
The Construction Talent Retention Scheme (TRS) has already saved industry more than £250,000 in recruitment costs just months after launch.
Since it was introduced in the summer the TRS has been helping UK construction employers to find new candidates, and allowing those who have lost their jobs to find new employment in the sector.
We are now starting to see positions being filled via the TRS, with resulting savings for employers by using the free system. This number will only grow as more and more employers sign up to use the system.
Midlands Employers
The East and West Midlands continues to see the highest demand from candidates to use the TRS. It is estimated as many as 700 individuals registered with the system would be keen on new roles in the Midlands. As such, we are keen to hear from employers in the region that are looking to recruit.
