We’re pleased to announce that the 2025 Annual General Meeting of the Contract Flooring Association will take place on Thursday 17 July 2025, at the Club Suite, Leicester Racecourse, Leicester Road, Oadby, Leicester, LE2 4AL. Doors open at 10:00am for refreshments, with the meeting starting promptly at 10:30am. Official papers have been sent to member head offices.
We are delighted to welcome Jo Fautley, Deputy CEO of Build UK, to open the event as our Keynote Speaker. Jo will provide critical insight on:
• Payment practices and retentions
• Competency & The Building Safety Regime – and what it means for specialists
• Pre-qualification schemes (PQs) – including why the CFA strongly backs the Common Assessment Standard
This promises to be a thought-provoking and highly relevant session for all members.
