The next CFA Marketing Forum is taking place on Thursday 18 March 2021, online via Zoom, commencing at 10.00am (approximate finish time 11.30am). 

 We are pleased to confirm our guest speakers for this forum are:

• Joni Tyler, Head of CPD at RIBA (10.10am)
• Kay Porter, Founder and MD of Smart Marketing Works Ltd (10.55am)

Joni’s presentation will focus on Using CPD to reach specifiers including:

• Why architects do CPD – and why they need you.
• Telling your story through CPD.
• CPD as a means to a commercial end.
• Following up – relationships and specifications.

Kay’s presentation will focus on How to create engaging CPD to drive specification sales and will include:

• An overview of Smart Marketing Works and their experience developing engaging and relevant CPD for flooring product manufacturers.  
• Discussion on brand awareness and thought leadership and how CPD is the ideal conduit to reaching product specifiers.  
• Imparting some of specialist knowledge gained from writing relevant and engaging content to RIBA standards.  
• Exploring how current trends are influencing both CPD content and methods of delivery.
