CFA Annual General Meeting - 25 August 2020
This year's AGM took place on Tuesday 25 August via Zoom and we were pleased to welcome Noble Francis, Economics Director of the Construction Products Association (CPA) to open the meeting. Noble gave an interesting and informative economic update on the construction industry. A copy of the presentation is available on request, click here.
The AGM is held to review and approve the minutes from the previous year’s meeting, to approve the accounts and report of the Council, and to elect new Council Members and Council Officers. Both the CFA and existing Council Members are pleased to welcome Ross Dight (Tarkett Ltd) on to the CFA Council. Having served 2 years as President Garry Bateman (Forbo Flooring UK Ltd) stepped down and handed over the role to Hamish MacGregor (MacGregor Flooring Co Ltd). John Butler (John Butler Contracts Ltd) remained as Treasurer and Scott McKenna (McKenna Flooring Ltd) was elected as Vice-President.
Council members re-elected to serve for a further term were Martin Cummins (Bostik Ltd) and Tony Mathé (Hillside Contracts Ltd).
