CFA Marketing Forum - 24 June 2021

The CFA held its third Marketing Forum on 24 June. The event heard a very informative presentation by David Strydom, editor of Contract Flooring Journal, following their recent reader survey. It is now great to hear that our No.1 industry publication has such robust plans for the future, notwithstanding the challenging circumstances which are affecting all publishers nowadays.

Key ‘take-aways’ are that CFJ will remain predominantly in print, due to strong demand for this, while the online aspects will increase, especially as a vehicle to get more immediate news out to the market. Secondly there will be a big increase in coverage of sustainability issues, with the launch of a monthly ‘Commitment to Sustainability’ section. These and a number of other improvements and innovations will no doubt be revealed by the CFJ team elsewhere over the coming months.
