The Government has published the increases in Companies House fees that will apply from 1 May 2024 following th
e introduction of the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act.
The cost of filing a confirmation statement online will rise from £13 to £34, whilst a paper version will increase from £40 to £62.
