The HSE has launched two reviews to understand how specific regulations are working in practice.
The first on the Control of Asbestos Regulations is open until Wednesday 16 September.
The second on the Personal Protective Equipment at Work (Amendment) Regulations is looking for feedback on the extension of employers’ duties regarding PPE to limb (b) workers by Friday 18 September.
