Alan Mak has been confirmed as the new Construction Minister and will take up the position of Coâ€Chair on the CLC and join its regular industry calls. Previously Exchequer Secretary to the Treasury and a Government Whip, he succeeds Nusrat Ghani who held the post for 16 months.
