We are delighted to announce the details of the 2025 Day at the Races being held once again at the Hamilton Park Racecourse.  The event is taking place on Wednesday 18 June 2025. 

The approximate timings for the event are currently: Gates and Hospitality Opens 12.00noon, Meal Served 12.15pm, First Race 2.15pm, Last Race 5.15pm and Bars Close 6.15pm.  These timings are subject to change.

The cost of the event is £143.75 plus VAT per person.  Included in your ticket price are:

• Glass of fizz on arrival
• Three course meal consisting of
  • Mushroom Velouté served with fresh parsley and an artisan bread roll.
  • Slow braised Scotch beef served with honey-glazed root vegetables, rosemary and garlic roasted potatoes.
  • Mango and Passionfruit Cheesecake served with coconut crumb and passionfruit caviar
• VIP Admission
• Raceday programme
• Parking Pass

The deadline for bookings is Thursday 17 April 2025.

Please note:  the CFA have already paid a 50% non-refundable deposit for tickets and are required to pay the balance for the tickets well in advance of the event. Prompt settlement of any invoices for tickets is requested.
Refund policy – All tickets once sold are non-refundable, except in the event of any abandonment of the event by the racecourse and the racecourse agree to refunds.
